We make sure that your mobility is restored as soon as possible. In the event of an accident, the Alphabet team can be reached 24 hours a day. Our claims management staff will arrange all of the services required – we will provide optimal support on the spot, organising the breakdown service, a courtesy car, repairs and the insurance-related aspect of the accident, whether in Switzerland or abroad.
